At Alpha Chi Omega, sisterhood is more than just a word—it's the heart of everything we do. As we look forward to Fall 2025 Recruitment, we invite you to discover what makes our chapter a space where real, strong women grow, support one another, and build lifelong friendships.
Our sisterhood is rooted in authenticity, encouragement, and shared experiences. Alpha Chi is a place where you are celebrated for who you are and who you're becoming. We take pride in cultivating a community where every member feels seen, supported, and inspired to lead with confidence.
Leading the way in creating these meaningful experiences is our Vice President of Membership Programming, Reagan Krajca. With a passion for connection and a heart for service, Reagan curates intentional programming that strengthens our bonds and brings our values to life. Under her leadership, our chapter has launched engaging sisterhood events, wellness initiatives, and workshops that empower each member to thrive both personally and academically.

Big/Little
While Bid Day is the start of something special, one of the most magical moments of the year comes shortly after—Big/Little Reveal! After a week full of thoughtful surprises, themed baskets, and meaningful memories, our new members gather at the chapter house for the big moment: finding out who their Big Sister is!
This day is more than just fun—it’s the start of a lifelong friendship. Bigs become a mentor, a role model, and a supporter. Whether it’s late-night advice, coffee runs, or celebrating your wins, the bond between Bigs and Littles is what makes our sisterhood truly unforgettable.
At Alpha Chi, it’s about showing up for each other, on and off the field. From flag football and volleyball to dodgeball and dance competitions, we love getting involved in intramurals and all-campus events. This year, our spirit, teamwork, and dedication led us to an exciting win: we took home the Greek Week championship!
Whether you're an athlete or just love being part of the action, there’s a place for you here. Intramurals are where we build connections, cheer each other on, and create some of our favorite college memories.
Intramural's and Involvement
Our sisters are more than just involved—they’re leaders, scholars, and role models across campus. We’re proud to have several members in Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK) and Order of Omega, two of the most prestigious Greek honor societies. Not only are we represented in these organizations, but our members also serve on their executive boards, helping to shape and strengthen Greek life as a whole.
Academic success is a top priority in our chapter. Many of our sisters are honors students, consistently earn spots on the Dean’s List, and several proudly maintain 4.0 GPAs. Beyond the classroom, our members are active in a wide range of on-campus jobs—from leading tours as Jack Walkers to working in the Alumni Office and more.
Whether it's academics, leadership, or professional development, our sisterhood supports and empowers each member to reach her full potential.
